Avianca Airlines is a Colombian airline since December 5, 1919, headquartered in Bogota. It was first registered under the name SCADTA. The main hub is at El Dorado International Airport. Avianca, the flagship of a group of eight Latin American Airlines, has combined operations with a code-sharing system. As the largest airline in Colombia and the second largest in Latin America, after LATAM of Chile, Avianca and its subsidiaries have the most destinations of any airline in Latin America.
TYPES OF CABINS IN AVIANCA AIRLINES:

- Business Class: First-class passengers benefit from increased space and comfort. They also receive comfortable cushions and blankets. Meals are prepared using only the finest ingredients, and great care is taken to ensure both excellent flavour and presentation.
AVIANCA AIRLINES BAGGAGE POLICY
Avianca passengers are each allowed one carry-on bag and one personal item. The carry-on hand luggage must not weigh more than 22 pounds and the external dimensions (H+L+W) must not exceed 115 centimetres (45 inches). You are allowed to bring the following personal items: a purse, blanket, camera, binoculars, photo equipment, video/laptop computer, items consumed by infants during the flight, or a baby cot. In Business Class, passengers are allowed two pieces of luggage, not to exceed 70 lbs (32 kg) each or 158 cm (62 in) in total dimensions. Economy Class passengers are limited to 1 piece of luggage weighing 50 lbs (23 kg) or less and measuring 158 cm (62 in) or less.
