Alaska Airlines is an American airline carrier headquartered in SeaTac, Washington. The airline is committed to being an approachable air carrier and is actively involved in environmental administration. As far as fleet size, scheduled passengers, and a number of destinations served, the airline ranks fifth in Alaska. Alaska Airlines runs a wide domestic route connecting it, through its partners Horizon Air and SkyWest Airlines, to many destinations worldwide. Its five air terminals are run from locations including Seattle–Tacoma, which is the largest, and major destinations include San Francisco, New York, London, Manchester, Budapest, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Baltimore, and Toronto.
TYPES OF CABINS IN ALASKA AIRLINES:
- Economy Class: Alaska Airlines' economy class cabin provides complimentary food and non-alcoholic beverages to passengers. In addition, you can purchase fresh food, alcoholic drinks, and snacks. Each seat is also equipped with USB and power outlets.
- Business Class: Business Class is available on all mainline and regional jet aircraft and is located in the first few rows of the economy cabin. It has 35" of space, four more inches than the Main Cabin in Alaska. Boarding preferences, complimentary premium snacks, and complimentary alcoholic drinks are available to travellers. Premium class seating may be purchased during booking or supplied in Alaska's Mileage Plan Loyalty through complementary changes.
- First Class: All mainline aircraft have first-class and regional jet aircraft which offer passengers grand boarding, warm dinners, cocktails, and towel offices. First-class boarding also includes heated meals, alcoholic drinks, towel facilities, and snacks. Seats can be changed into flatbed sizes.
ALASKA AIRLINES BAGGAGE POLICY
Alaska Airlines allows you to bring one personal item and one carry-on bag free of charge.
- In order to ensure the safety of your checked baggage, please make sure it is properly packed, locked, and fastened.
- It should be securely tied and able to withstand reasonable pressure
- Baggage must be locked at all times (unless special requirements apply).
- Please do not attach any other items to the outside of the baggage.
- The following may not be used as packaging for baggage: bamboo/wicker baskets, string bags, straw rope, plastic bags, etc.
- To improve the efficiency of our service, we recommend that you attach an information card to your checked baggage. This card should, at the minimum, have your name and contact number. Then, if necessary, we can contact you without delay.
